5 Up and Coming Books that You Need to Check out This Spring Break

Whether you have a spring break vacation planned or not, it’s more than likely that you’ll get a little more time and opportunity to invest some you-time in devouring a new book. If you’re anything like us, sometimes the amount of amazing books out there make it really difficult to make the decision to pick just one to spend some time reading. So we’ve gone ahead and tried to make it a little easier to choose a book:

  1. The Woman in the Window by A.J. Finn: If you’re into psychological thrillers you’re going to need to check this book out. One of the most anticipated books of the year, it will be published in 36 languages. Read about a woman named Anna Fox, an agoraphobic who one day, witnesses something at her neighbor’s that she shouldn’t have.
  2. The English Wife by Lauren Willig: the New York Times bestseller author has done it again. This time, this shocking story set in the Golden Age tells the tale of family secrets, scandalous affairs, and murder. You’re not going to want to miss this one.
  3. The Wife Between Us by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen: This is a twisted story about a jealous ex-wife who is utterly obsessed with the woman who is about to marry the man they are both in love with. Or is it? This chilling story will have you on the edge of your seat while you try to figure out what is really going on.
  4. White Chrysanthemum by Mary Lynn Bracht: Immerse yourself into a heart wrenching story about two sisters in Korea who, like so many others, suffered the evils of World World II. Read about the kind of love that transcends time or distance in the tale of these two powerful women who survive separation.
  5. The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah: If you read The Nightingale, then you’re not going to want to miss this new masterpiece. Read about a family facing a devastating crisis, who end up living in Alaska in 1974. During the ultimate test of survival, delve into a world where the characters are at the mercy of love, loss, and challenge of the wilderness.
